The primary focus is to strengthen partner engagement, improve partner performance, and accelerate sell-through. While new channel development may occur, the core responsibility is to fully leverage the existing partner ecosystem.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Primary Focus: Existing Partner Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow sales through current dealers<\/li>\n<li>Increase partner engagement via regular business reviews, performance tracking, and joint planning<\/li>\n<li>Improve partner sell-through by providing sales tools, promotions, and enablement support<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen partner commitment to company products and solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Partner Enablement &amp; Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver product training, sales training, and solution updates to partners<\/li>\n<li>Provide marketing collateral, demo environments, and pre-sales support<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute partner events, workshops, and webinars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sales Execution &amp; Pipeline Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor partner pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Support partners in opportunity development and co-selling activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with pricing rules and deal registration processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Secondary: Channel Expansion (As Needed)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential new partners to strengthen coverage in niche or underserved areas<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and onboard new partners to complement the existing partner ecosystem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of channel sales experience in Thailand<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationships with local dealers preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sell-through management and partner performance optimization<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of IT solutions (software, cloud, hardware, networking, or security)<\/li>\n<li>Strong marketing knowledge, including channel marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>High learning agility with a strong willingness to continuously absorb new knowledge, including new technologies and market trends<\/li>\n<li>Strong proactiveness with the ability to identify issues, drive actions, and initiate improvements independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze risks related to partner performance, sales pipeline, and market dynamics, and propose mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of English<\/li>\n<li>Solid computer and AI literacy<\/li>\n<li>(Optional) Strong command of Japanese language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position Overview The Sales and Marketing Manager is re [&#8230;]\n","protected":false},"author":7,"template":"","meta":[],"class_list":["post-2178","awsm_job_openings","type-awsm_job_openings","status-publish","hentry","job-category-office-th","job-type-full-time-th","job-location-bangkok-th"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.7 -
