Sales Cooperation Supervisor (Japanese Speaking)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Get the customer requirements & information, inform and coordinate with all concerns for being able to respond with customer requirement standard.
  • Coordinate with concerned parties (Customer, mother company, internal of company) for new model preparation and engineering change request.
  • Arrange meeting for new model/engineering change preparation.
  • Propose selling price and issue quotation for trial event of new models.
  • Support Sales team for improvement activities.
  • Other assigned tasks.

Qualification.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (Not specific)
  • New graduated are welcome.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales coordinator/Project coordinator.
  • Experience in automotive industry/ manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Good command of reading, writing and communication in English (TOEIC 600) and Japanese (N3 level up).
  • Good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Good coordination/facilitation, negotiation, compromise, analytic and systematic thinking.
  • Good relationship, personality, communication, positive thinking, self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic.
