Develop Firmware for Diesel Engine ECU (ECM)

What we are doing ?

As part of the Diesel Engine ECU software development team, we support the development and verification of firmware for Diesel Engine ECUs in accordance with the requirements provided by Transtron Inc. (Japan).
In alignment with these requirements, our team is organized into several key task areas:
・Engine Application Development: Utilizing MATLAB*(1) and Simulink*(2) for Model-Based Design (MBD) in order to improve the efficiency development
・Controller area network (CAN): Implementing vehicle bus standard designed to enable efficient communication.
・On-Board Diagnostics (OBD): Implementing continual self monitoring of vehicles systems comply with required regulations
・Basic Software (BSW) Platform: Developing the foundation software platform for flexibility and maintainability
*(1) MATLAB is a programming and numeric computing platform to analyze data, develop algorithms, and create models.
*(2) Simulink is a block diagram which is used to design systems, simulate result before turning to hardware, and deploy by codeless

Developing and maintaining web services (ITP)
and firmware for in-vehicle systems.

The SDC-IN Team is tasked with the development and maintenance of a sophisticated system that seamlessly integrates web services with in-vehicle embedded systems. This team specializes in enhancing and maintaining the ITP Web Services. Additionally, SDC-IN is responsible for the development and maintenance of the ITP Web Server.
SDC-IN also focuses on ensuring their continuous development and maintenance. To guarantee smooth and seamless operations, the team develops and maintains firmware for the in-vehicle terminal. They are meticulous in testing every product before delivery, detecting defects, and assessing system gaps against requirements.
SDC-IN ensures that firmware and web service requirements are met, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
