Job Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be assigned as in charge to support quality control and improvement for software development department.
- Establishing, implementing, conducting, and monitoring to ensure compliance with quality definition
- Analyze gaps and contribution to the continuous improvement of the quality process and definition.
- Provide standard software quality items to be managed and its target value to the development team
- Provide regularly quality report and feedback to team.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or any related field.
- Having work experience for software development process and quality control.
- Having work experience in quality assurance over 2 years in software development area. (Engineering field of Automotive, Electronic or IT is preferred)
- Good command in English (Japanese is plus)
- Computer MS-Office Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, Email.
- Can work under pressure and meet the targets.
- Strong mindset of encourage improvement, Good service mind, communication, positive thinking, self-motivated, team player and flexible.
