Failure Analysis Engineer

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Support to primary investigate the vehicle failure at customer/dealer site.
• Investigate the product failure that received from customer (Line claim, Market claim, Internal function test failure)
• Identify the cause of the failure that make the product malfunction.
• Cooperate with relevant team for corrective action.
• Make the failure analysis report for submission to customer

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Electronic Engineer field
• Knowledge of electronic test and measurement, Electronic circuit Diagram, Electronic component function
• Able to do the overtime and outside working.
• Good command of reading, writing and communication in English (TOEIC 550)
• Good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good analytic and systematic thinking
• Able to working on some saturday (refer on company’s calendar)
