Transtron(Thailand)Co.,Ltd. is dedicated to addressing climate change, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, restoring ecosystems, and promoting the responsible use of resources. We conduct activities that align with our corporate environmental policy, which aims to promote environmental sustainability and ensure the continued preservation of our abundant natural resources.
We aim to become a low carbon organization.
Transtron’s Target :
1. In 2030, we will reduce the organization’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 40% compared to the base year.
2. In 2050, we will move towards for becoming a Carbon Neutrality organization that we can able to control release amount of emission and reabsorption the greenhouse gases.
*TTT ESG Policy&Framework in Environment target. Reduction from base year 2019 specify in scope 1&2 based on GHG Protocol standard.
Reforestation
Forest conservation is one of Transtron’s key missions. We focus on restoring, developing and preserving trees, which are important resources, to sustainably maintaining biodiversity.
Resource use reduction
The demand for energy is increasing each year, while the supply remains limited. Our goal is to minimize unnecessary energy consumption within the organization by training employees and raising awareness about energy-saving practices. This includes reducing paper usage by minimizing copying and printing of documents, promoting the use of hand towels instead of tissue paper, and encouraging the use of personal glasses instead of disposable paper cups.
Energy saving
Transtron(Thailand) Co., Ltd. emphasizes the appropriate and efficient use of electricity within the organization. Our company aim to reduce electricity consumption and promote clean energy by implementing measures such as installing motion sensor light bulbs in office areas and solar panels on the factory rooftop to decrease reliance on non-renewable energy sources especially fossil energy.
