Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Get the customer requirements & information, inform and coordinate with all concerns for being able to respond with customer requirement standard.
- Coordinate with concerned parties (Customer, mother company, internal of company) for new model preparation and engineering change request.
- Arrange meeting for new model/engineering change preparation.
- Propose selling price and issue quotation for trial event of new models.
- Support Sales team for improvement activities.
- Other assigned tasks.
Qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (Not specific)
- New graduated are welcome.
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales coordinator/Project coordinator.
- Experience in automotive industry/ manufacturing is an advantage.
- Good command of reading, writing and communication in English (TOEIC 600) and Japanese (N3 level up).
- Good skills of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good coordination/facilitation, negotiation, compromise, analytic and systematic thinking.
- Good relationship, personality, communication, positive thinking, self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic.
